Main Features

Four heads can work separately or corporately, flexible combination.

Equipped with joining blades on the upper and bottom clamps for all four machine heads, adjustment of the welding seam (0.2/2mm) can be done to meet the requirement of color profile and white profile welding.

Equipped with the locating plates which come out down to up, and the locating plates adopt slider motion pair to ensure the high precision of welding corner, especially for

seamless welding corner.

The special welding fixtures can be installed to control the good overflowing of welding to get the good appearance of welding-cleaning and improve the corner strength.

PLC controls the welding action/programs for high reliability.

Technical parameters can be set to meet the processing requirement for various types of profiles。
